Candy AI is third, though its free start is the smallest here, a few messages to preview a polished paid plan. Joi AI is a strong pick for pictures: it gives 6 lifetime free image generations and free character creation to start, and no free-chat message cap could be found. OurDream AI follows, with 55 Dreamcoins at sign-up and chat at 1 Dreamcoin per message.

Is there a completely free AI girlfriend, with images, voice and adult content all included? Not on this list. Every app puts something behind a paid plan, and you deserve to hear that at the start, not in the small print.

Most of these apps allow adult content in chat, but Candy AI keeps it for subscribers. If fewer content limits matter more to you than a free start, my list of uncensored AI apps takes that question on its own.

A published limit counts for more than a big promise. "50 messages a day" tells you exactly what you get. "Limited access" with no number tells you very little, and I rank that lower.

Free images carry extra weight because they are the rarest thing on a free plan. Most apps hand out chat and keep pictures behind the paywall.

A reset beats a one-off pile. A daily allowance that refills is a free app. A starter balance that runs out is a free trial, and I treat it as one.

What free leaves out matters on this topic. You can't see her or hear her: no images and no voice on the free plan. Free memory is 4K with replies capped at 180 tokens, and other reviewers put free recall at about 30 messages, so older details may slip.

If the queue gets old, Get a Taste at $5.95 a month clears the ads and the waiting and adds a memory manager. Pictures start at True Supporter for $19.95, and spoken replies only at Im All In, $29.95. The card line reads NDAI.CHAT, which is discreet. Skip it if seeing her matters more than talking to her. The chat is the reason to stay. Other reviewers report it's fluid and human-like, with long-term memory, and once you pass roughly 500 messages it starts an automatic "Mind Map" of you. At 50 messages a day, that's 10 days of free use.

The catch is pictures. Reviewers say the images come from a pre-made gallery rather than your own prompts, so I wouldn't pick Nomi AI for images. The 400-character cap also keeps your free messages short.

If you do upgrade, $15.99 buys Standard Plan Monthly, which adds voice calls, group chats and no limit on messages. My smart buy is the yearly plan at $99.99, or $8.33 a month, but only after the free plan has convinced you, because all payments are nonrefundable. The bank line reads NOMI.AI.

Why is it on a free list at all? Because those few free images are a real preview of what the paid plan sells. For a free-first reader, though, tiny limits and a paid-only content level both count against it here.

If you do pay, €13.99 gets you the 1-Month Plan, with unlimited text messages, custom companions, image and video generation, plus 100 tokens each month. Pay €47.88 upfront for the 12-Month Plan and it averages about €3.99 monthly. That's a low monthly figure, but I'd hold off: outside the EU and UK, you have 24 hours after paying to ask for a refund. Start monthly, then commit.

One more catch: replies are said to be much slower on Free, 15-30 seconds, than on paid plans, 3-5 seconds. That makes a small free start feel even smaller.

Now the catch, and it would be unfair to skip it. Those 6 images are lifetime, not monthly, so they're a preview. And other reviewers describe free chat as wooden and quick to forget, while paid chat is warmer and holds context across a session. So the free plan is generous on paper and thinner in conversation.

If you pay, Premium Monthly is $13.99. It brings better chat models, improved chat memory, one free custom-character creation and about 50 image generations a month. That's a fair price to me for what's listed. Before you upgrade, know that an active subscription is generally not refundable, and the bank line reads joi.com. It earns its spot because the limit is published and exact, which I value, but it's a starter balance, not a plan that refills. The help pages say plainly that free dreamcoins aren't handed out by default.

So I'd treat OurDream AI as a free trial. Spend those 55 messages finding out if the characters and the group chat suit you, then decide.

The plan I'd pick is Standard Monthly at $19.99: unlimited messages with any AI character, image and video generation, and 1,000 dreamcoins a month. Standard Annual comes to $9.99 a month, billed as $119.88. What I like most is the 14-day Quality Guarantee: write to support within 14 days of buying, and they decide case by case on a credit, a replacement or your money back. That's kinder than most refund rules on this list.

The catch is that coins keep running after you pay. Other reviewers report voice calls drain coins fast. The bank line reads DREAM STUDIO LLC AL.

It's smaller than Nomi AI's 50, but it resets, which puts it ahead of the one-off starter balances on this list.

Here's what I like: the angle is discretion. The bank line reads S LABS INC., which says nothing about the app. Reviewers scored its privacy and discretion at 8.5-9/10 in two independent scoring reviews, and there's an anonymous-signup and crypto-payment option. If keeping this quiet matters to you, that's a real reason to start here.

Now the catch. New signups receive 200 Moments once, enough for about 4 images, and then the Free plan adds no more Moments and offers no way to buy them. So free pictures are a first taste, not a habit. Its policy allows adult content.

The first plan worth paying for is Premium at $19.99 a month: unlimited messaging, premium AI models, 8,000 Moments a month, and both images and video. At about 50 Moments an image, 8,000 Moments is roughly 160 images. Paying yearly for Premium costs $109.99, close to $9.17 per month. Ultimate at $39.99 adds group chats and personas, which I'd skip unless you know you need them.

Refunds are strict: no partial refunds for unused days, and all Moments purchases are final. You can cancel in account settings or by writing to support, and the plan stays on until the billing period is over.

My rule is simple: pay monthly first, never yearly, until an app has earned it. Nearly every refund rule on this page is strict, and a yearly plan you regret is the costliest mistake you can make here.

Nomi AI, OurDream AI, Secrets AI, SpicyChat, Kindroid and Joi AI all allow adult content as a policy, with no paid-only rule. So on those, a free account is limited by message counts, not by content level. Candy AI is the exception in the top five: adult content is for subscribers only. Images are the real paywall. Free image generation is rare: Joi AI gives 6 lifetime, Nomi AI 2 a day, Candy AI 3-5 on a free account, and Kindroid 1 selfie credit every 2 hours. Dippy AI's App Store text promises unlimited free image creation. SpicyChat has no images on free at all.

My take: if pictures in an adult chat are what you're after in 2026, you'll pay for them somewhere, and the smart question is how much. Joi AI's $13.99 and Candy AI's €13.99 are the cheapest ways in among the top five.

And no app here is a real AI girlfriend for free, with images, voice and adult content all included. Each one asks for money at some point, and I'd rather you know that before you start.

• Know the bank line before you upgrade. It reads joi.com for Joi AI, NOMI.AI for Nomi AI, DREAM STUDIO LLC AL for OurDream AI, EverAI for Candy AI and S LABS INC. for Secrets AI.
• Know the cancel path. Joi AI uses My Subscriptions, Candy AI uses Settings / Unsubscribe, and OurDream AI has a "Cancel subscription" button on your profile page.
• Read the refund rule first. Most apps here refund rarely, so let the free plan do the deciding.

On discretion, my favourite is Secrets AI: S LABS INC. says nothing about the app, and it offers an anonymous-signup and crypto-payment option. Joi AI's joi.com and Nomi AI's NOMI.AI are short, but they do name the app, which some readers won't want on a shared card statement.
