My quick take: if a consistent-looking companion in pictures and clips is what you want, this is one of the strongest options I have used. Nothing official explains how memory works, and one month is not long enough for me to vouch for long-term recall. That matches the general shape I'd expect from a visual-first app: the chat supports the pictures, not the other way round.

According to the homepage FAQ, the Custom Babe builder covers appearance, backstory, personality and how she speaks. That is a proper builder, not a single text box, and it is the tool I'd point any reader to if the catalog does not fit.

Voice is unclear. Chat, voice, images and video all appear on the homepage, and the price data includes a token rate for audio, which points to generated voice clips rather than live calls. No live calls are on record.

Now the part that bothered me most. The branding is "babes", and the roster felt aimed at somebody else's fantasy. The characters I would pick were fewer and pushed to the back, like the queer paperbacks on the far shelf of the bookshops I grew up with. I notice these things faster than I used to.

Ultra (1 Month) is $40.99 with 9,000 raw units. Images drop to 20 units each, up to 450 a month, and audio and video get cheaper rates too.

Token packs sit on top, priced in euros: 100 tokens for €9.99, 200 for €15.99, 500 for €29.99 and 1200 for €54.99. The terms say purchased tokens never expire, and your token balance remains intact if you cancel a subscription. Gift-code versions are sold through Kinguin at higher prices.

My read: the structure is fair once you do the math, but you have to do the math.

Ultra only makes sense if video is your main hobby. The cheaper image and video rates add up, but $40.99 a month is steep before you're sure you'll stay.

I'd start where I started, on the free side and as a guest, and pay only once the faces convince you. Given the strict refund rule, a single Premium month is the safest first purchase even though the quarterly rate is better value.

None of this makes MyBabes a bad deal. The billing line is discreet, purchased tokens never expire, and cancelling does not wipe your balance. Those are three things I genuinely like.

The catch is that the costs are in the details. My free month showed me the product at its best; paying for it means planning your tokens around video, which is where the balance goes fastest.

The refund rule is the strict part. For direct payments, you have 24 hours after the transaction to email [email protected] for a refund, and using over 20 tokens rules one out. That is a small number of tokens, so in practice you get a day to change your mind and only if you have barely touched the app. My advice: decide during the guest trial and the free side, not after paying.

What is missing is any statement on training. The policy does not say whether your chats or generated media are used to train models. "Not stated" is not the same as "no", so I'd treat it as a maybe.

For a visual app, that matters more than usual. If you upload anything or describe yourself in detail, keep it fictional. Build your companion from imagination, not from real photos or real people, and keep names and addresses out of the chat. If you ever leave, use the erasure request rather than just abandoning the account.

One month on the free side is not a long track record, though, and the launch date is not on record. I'd call it legit, with sensible paperwork and a refund rule that leans hard in the company's favour.

Whichever you pick, test the thing MyBabes does best before you pay: generate a few images and a clip of the same character and see whether the face holds. Other reviewers describe OurDream AI's video as uneven, with some clips going off-model, so a steady face is not a given elsewhere.
