HeraHaven AI Review: A Month of Ready-Made Scenarios
Has a free plan
starts at $6.65/mo
What is HeraHaven AI, and why did its scenarios win me over?
I spent one month with HeraHaven in late spring 2025, and the ready-made scenarios were the hook. The shelf browses like a good display table. I picked rival academics off it purely by the cover, and I was not disappointed.
HeraHaven is a web companion app from Vilala Limited in Cyprus, built around chatting with a girlfriend character and making pictures and videos of her. The homepage asks you to build an AI girlfriend of your own, and a Generator section offers personalized pictures of her.
Five facts to hold on to before the details:
- A free account exists, but official free limits are not published
- Pro costs $19.95 monthly, or $79.80 yearly ($6.65 per month)
- Paid use runs on Luna credits, with 500 included a month
- Adult content is allowed under the policy
- Every charge is final, except where the law requires a refund
My take: HeraHaven is a fun shelf of premade stories with one real weakness, which is that the stories end too soon. The paperwork around it leans hard in the company's favour, and I'll get to that. If you'd like a comparison with a bigger character catalogue, my CrushOn AI review is the one I'd open next.

Is HeraHaven AI free? My month versus today's free account
My month in late spring 2025 cost me $0. I never moved to a paid plan, and the scenarios alone kept me busy. I can't promise you the same room today, though.
HeraHaven doesn't publish its free limits on any reachable official page, and the best figure on record, from a secondary source in July 2026, is 6 messages in total on a free account, and neither images nor voice.
Six messages is a preview, not a free tier. I don't mind a paid-first app, but I want that stated on the front door, and the official pricing page also sits behind sign-up. You have to register before you can see what you'd pay.
So my advice is simple: open a free account, browse the scenario shelf, pick one by its cover like I did, and see whether the first replies grab you. Don't expect to judge the pictures for free. The at-a-glance box right after this sums up the essentials.
For an app that at least lists a starting balance, my OurDream AI review covers a Free plan with 55 Dreamcoins to start, though its help centre says free dreamcoins aren't currently offered.

How good is HeraHaven AI at conversation?
Better than I expected, in one very specific way. My rival academic knew her citation style and weaponized it. She was the first bot ever to fight me on Chicago versus MLA, and as a woman in library technical services, I am obligated to call that flirting.
Bots that push back with a real personality are too rare, and HeraHaven's premade scenarios gave me that.
The catch is pacing. Scenario endings resolved fast, and I wanted a second act. I no longer wait around for one, from software or from anyone. If you like long, slow-burn arcs, that will bother you more than it bothered me.
On paper, the official pages say more about pictures than about chat. Memory isn't listed as an official feature, and live voice calling isn't offered: the terms describe generated voice notes in its place. Other reviewers report that those voice messages sound flat and robotic, and that the character library is small and the platform feels dated.
My notes compare the shelf to a good display table, so small is not the word I'd use, but browse it yourself before you pay.
Pictures, in my notes, were decent rather than dreamy. There's a Generator section, an image generator page and a Videos section with an image-to-video module. A secondary source claimed there was no video; the official pages list it, and I trust those.
My view: come for the scenarios and the banter, and don't expect the story to stay with you for long. To compare HeraHaven with apps that lean harder on memory, my full list of app reviews has them all in one place.
18+ readers only. Here we look at AI companion apps that include NSFW features; there are no explicit images.
HeraHaven AI content rules and who the app assumes you are
HeraHaven's policy allows adult content, and the site has an NSFW AI Image Generator page, so adult image generation is allowed. What's not on record is which plan unlocks what. A secondary source says free accounts get no images at all, so in practice every picture sits on the paid side today.
No content toggle or level menu appears in the records either, so I can't tell you how to tune it. That matters if you share a screen at home, or if you'd like most scenes to stay romantic and flirty rather than fully adult. Keep your expectations modest there.
Now the part I care about as an LGBTQ+ friendly reader. Everything on record frames the companion as a girlfriend, and "Create your own AI Girlfriend" is the builder's own name. If you're a woman who wants a girlfriend, like me, that framing works fine, and my rival academic proved it.
A HeraHaven AI girlfriend you shape yourself is the natural way in. If you want a boyfriend or someone outside that frame, no option for it is on record, and I'd rather tell you now than let you find out after paying.
My opinion: HeraHaven suits readers who want quick, characterful scenarios and adult images of a character they designed. If you're after a warm companion who remembers your week, the content policy isn't the obstacle; the product focus is. For apps built around the relationship itself, my ranked AI girlfriend apps are a better starting point.
Who HeraHaven suits
Great for
- Readers who love picking a premade scenario and diving straight in
- Anyone who enjoys a character with a sharp, argumentative personality
- Budget-minded readers ready for the $79.80 yearly plan
- People who want adult image generation for a character they designed
Skip if
- Anyone who wants long story arcs with a second act
- Readers hoping for a real free tier today
- People who want a boyfriend or a companion outside the girlfriend frame
- Anyone uneasy about chat content kept 5 years after account erasure
- People who want a refund option
What HeraHaven AI costs next to other companion apps
The yearly price is the headline. That comes to $6.65 per month, which I call fair by any measure in this genre, and my notes ranked HeraHaven near the top for value. At $79.80 a year, annual Pro undercuts Nomi AI's $99.99 year and OurDream AI's $119.88 Standard Annual. Only Candy AI's 12-Month Plan comes in lower, at €47.88.
The monthly plan is a different story. At $19.95, Pro costs more than GirlfriendGPT's $15.00 Premium and Nomi AI's $15.99 monthly plan, and just 4 cents less than OurDream AI's $19.99 Standard Monthly.
Then there's Luna. Pro includes 500 Luna a month, and a secondary source lists an image at 7 Luna, a voice note at 1 and a custom character at 15. If those figures hold, 500 Luna covers 71 images with 3 left over, and nothing else. The official site doesn't publish per-action costs, so budget with room to spare.

Is HeraHaven AI worth paying for?
If you're going to pay, annual Pro gets my vote. The table right after this shows both options, and per month the yearly one costs exactly one third of the monthly plan. At $6.65 a month, it's the kind of number I'd happily defend.
That discount comes with a condition. Every charge is final, with a refund only where the law demands one. So a $79.80 year stays spent even if the app disappoints you in week one.
My month on the free side was enough to know I liked the scenarios. Today's free start is much thinner, so my compromise for you is one month of Pro at $19.95 to see the images, the Luna spend and whether the endings bother you, then the year if it clicks.
A note on the numbers: the monthly price dates from 2025, with third-party reviews showing the same $19.95 in 2026, and the yearly price comes from third-party listings. Confirm the final figure at checkout.

The plain link next to this goes to HeraHaven's official website, and the card beside it is an app I'd rate for a different reason.
Before you pay HeraHaven, here are the questions I'd want answered, and where the records stand on each:
- What the free account really allows: officially unpublished, 6 messages in total per a secondary source
- What each action costs in Luna: officially unpublished too
- Whether you're fine with chat content kept 5 years after your account is erased
- Whether you'll send the email that opts you out of model training
- Whether you'll pay by card or cryptocurrency, since both are named
My overall view: a charming scenario shelf wrapped in rules that favour the company. Final-sale billing and long data retention wouldn't stop me one at a time. Combined, they make me careful with a card. For voice calls and a known name on your statement, my Candy AI review covers one that bills as EverAI.
The good and bad of HeraHaven
What went well
- A shelf of ready-made scenarios that is easy to browse
- Characters with real personality in the premade stories
- Yearly Pro comes to $6.65 per month
- Image generation and an image-to-video module on the official site
- Card and cryptocurrency payments are both named
What fell short
- Scenario endings resolve fast, with no second act
- Official free limits are not published, and one secondary source counts 6 messages in total
- All charges are final, except where the law requires a refund
- Chat content is kept 5 years after account erasure
How to cancel HeraHaven AI, and can you get money back?
I never paid, so my month ended the easy way: I just stopped opening it. If you do subscribe, here is what the paperwork says. The Terms state "Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled."
The Cancellation Policy, dated 22 Aug 2026, lets you cancel whenever you like; it kicks in once the billing period you already paid for runs out, and your access lasts until that point.
Cancelling starts in your account settings. If you can't do it there, the policy says to email HeraHaven support. I like that a written fallback exists. I'd like a click-by-click path even more, and none is published.
The refund rule is the strictest part. Every charge is final, and the policy names renewals, subscription fees, crypto payments and Luna Package buys one by one; the only exception is a refund the law makes them give. Luna Packages and crypto are spelled out on purpose, so don't count on a goodwill exception.
My advice: get the cancellation in with days to spare rather than on the final evening, and if you email them, save the sent message.
On discretion, the payment methods named are card and cryptocurrency, but the card processor isn't named and the statement descriptor isn't on record. If a neutral line on your bank statement matters to you, that's an open question for card payments. Crypto keeps the charge off your card entirely, but it is final too.
To see how billing rules like these weigh on a score, read how I check the apps.
How long does HeraHaven AI keep your chats?
This is the number that made me sit up: your sign-up details and your chats, with any images, video, audio or other material you shared there, stay on file for five years after the account is erased. Not 5 years after your last chat. Five years after you delete the account.
I think that's far too long for a companion app. Deleting your account should end something, and here it starts a 5-year clock instead. My citation duels with a rival academic are harmless, but plenty of people share more personal things than MLA opinions.
Training is the second point. The terms say: "If you do not want us to use your Content to train our models, you can opt out by sending an email." So your content can train the models unless you act, and opting out takes an email rather than a setting. If you sign up, send that email on day one.
One outside review praised HeraHaven's privacy handling, and I can see why someone likes that an opt-out exists at all. Weighed against the retention table, I can't join in.
Is HeraHaven AI legit?
The operator is Vilala Limited, based in Cyprus, and the site publishes terms, a privacy policy with retention tables and a dated cancellation policy. That's a real paper trail, more than some apps offer. The launch date isn't on record.
For me, HeraHaven is legit but not generous: clear rules, most of them in the company's favour. Use a nickname, share nothing you'd mind being stored for years, and enjoy the scenarios for what they are. If adult roleplay is your main reason to shop, my NSFW AI chat rankings set its rules against apps that publish more.
Final word on HeraHaven
Final score
5.4/10
UnevenHeraHaven has sharp ready-made scenarios at a fair yearly price, but stories end too soon and its data terms keep chats for years.
Used hands-on with the free plan
- My rival academic fought me on Chicago versus MLA, the first bot ever to argue citation style with me.
- No recall feature is listed, and scenarios wrap up before a second act.
- Ready-made scenarios browse like a good display table, and you can build your own companion.
- Pictures are decent rather than dreamy; voice notes are reported flat.
- The yearly price comes to $6.65 a month, near the top of my value notes, though every sale is final.
- Chat content is kept for years after account erasure and trains models unless you email to opt out.
- Stable in my month, though reviewers call the platform dated.
Bars use a 0-10 scale. The overall score is a weighted average of these criteria, and every app uses identical weights. How we review the apps
My verdict: HeraHaven AI is worth it for readers who want quick, witty ready-made scenarios at a fair yearly price; skip it if you need long stories, a proper free trial or a short data trail.
The plan I'd buy is annual Pro at $79.80, after one monthly Pro to see how far 500 Luna goes. At $6.65 a month, nothing else on this page beats it on value.
What bothers me most is the data rule: chat content kept 5 years after your account is erased. The fast endings come second, and those I can shrug off.
Skip HeraHaven if you want live voice calls, a companion outside the girlfriend frame or a refund safety net.

When another app suits you better than HeraHaven AI
HeraHaven's strengths are narrow: a scenario shelf, lively premade characters and pictures of a character you design. If you need more than that, here's how the alternatives on record line up:
- For a real free plan: Nomi AI's permanent free plan allows 50 messages and 2 images every day, a world away from HeraHaven's free account.
- For voice calls: Candy AI lists voice calls and memory, and bills as EverAI, a neutral name I like for discretion.
- For chat, pictures and video in one place: OurDream AI lists images, video, voice calls and group chat, plus a 14-day Quality Guarantee in its refund policy.
- For a cheaper monthly start: GirlfriendGPT's Premium is $15.00 a month with 5,000 messages, and its Free plan tops up 10 messages daily through Daily Login.
OurDream AI is the closest like-for-like swap in my view: it shares HeraHaven's image and video focus and adds the voice features HeraHaven lacks. If privacy is what pushed you away, read each replacement's privacy policy for its answer on retention and training before you share anything.
And if a huge library of community-made characters sounds better than a curated shelf, my SpicyChat review covers exactly that kind of app.

If a friend asked me about HeraHaven, I'd say this. Open a free account, browse the scenario shelf and judge a book by its cover, because that worked for me. Just know the free messages run out fast today, and the stories wrap up quicker than you'd like.
If you stay, take the annual plan and send the training opt-out email straight away. If you leave, cancel in account settings before renewal, and remember your chat content stays on file for 5 years. My GirlfriendGPT review is a sensible next read if you want a clearer message count.
Your HeraHaven AI questions
Is HeraHaven AI free?
You can create a free account, but HeraHaven doesn't publish its free limits on reachable official pages. A secondary source from July 2026 puts a free account at 6 messages in total, without images or voice. My own month in late spring 2025 cost $0, but today's free start sounds much thinner, so budget for a plan before you rate the pictures.
How much does HeraHaven AI cost?
Pro is listed at $19.95 a month, a price from 2025 that third-party reviews still show in 2026, or $79.80 yearly, equal to $6.65 per month. The official pricing page sits behind sign-up, so confirm the price at checkout. Pro includes 500 Luna a month for actions like images.
HeraHaven vs Replika: which should I pick?
I can't give you a fair head-to-head, because Replika has no record on file here, and I won't fill the gap from memory. What I can say about HeraHaven: it is built around ready-made scenarios, a girlfriend character you design, pictures and an image-to-video module; it has no live voice calling, and memory not listed as an official feature.
What are Luna credits on HeraHaven AI?
Luna is HeraHaven's credit unit, and Pro includes 500 a month. No official price per action is published. A secondary source lists a voice note at 1 Luna, an image at 7 and a custom character at 15. You can also buy Luna Packages, and like every other charge they are final unless the law forces a refund.
Can I get a refund from HeraHaven AI?
Only where the law requires one. The Cancellation Policy makes every charge final: subscriptions, renewals, Luna Packages and crypto payments alike. Cancel, and you keep access for whatever billing period you've paid, but nothing is refunded.
Does HeraHaven AI keep my chats after I delete my account?
Yes. According to the retention tables in the privacy policy, sign-up details and chats, along with any images, video, audio or other shared material, remain stored for five years once the account is erased. Your content can also be used to train the models unless you opt out by email.
