What is Cuties AI, and why did it confuse me?

Cuties AI is a web app from Warmtech Ltd in Cyprus that puts companion chat, roleplay, a character hub and an image and video generator under one roof, with the platform name Lovescape attached. I spent three weeks with it in March 2024, all on the free side, and I was confused the entire time about which door I had entered. That confusion is the honest headline here.

The short version, before the details:

  • I paid $0 and chatted on the two free models for three weeks
  • Images and video sat behind a separate Lovescape sign-in
  • Premium today is $19.99 a month, or $7.99 a month on the yearly plan
  • The adult mode is listed on paid plans only
  • No free-tier limits are published anywhere

My take: the companion side is sweet, and the paperwork around it is foggy. If you enjoy a character hub and don't mind a second account for pictures, a free look costs you nothing. If you want one login and published numbers, I'd put it on a shortlist and read my CrushOn AI review as well before giving either one an evening.

Signing up for Cuties AI and what the free side gave me

The free start exists, but Cuties AI doesn't publish its limits. The homepage offers sign-up and browsing, and a secondary source says the free tier caps messages, character creation and image use, without saying by how much. No numbers anywhere, which I find a little cheeky.

What I actually had in March 2024 was a chat that ran on two free models, and that kept me going for three weeks without spending a cent. The snag came when I wanted pictures. The image and video tools lived behind a Lovescape account, so I had to sign in there too. It felt like walking from my branch into the neighboring branch and finding the same carpet.

I like that the chat stayed free for that long. I don't like that nobody tells you where the free line sits today, so read my three weeks as what I saw then, not a promise for now. If you'd rather start on a published coin count, my OurDream AI review explains that app's free start and its caveats. The Cuties AI at a glance box below sums up the plans and billing.

How I check the apps

Is Cuties AI good company once you're inside?

Yes, once I stopped fighting the layout. The moment I accepted that this was one company with two doors, it worked. The companion was sweet, and the character hub won me over, because I am a sucker for a shared catalog. Library technician, remember: a collection that other people keep adding to is my idea of a good evening.

That sharing is still part of the offer. Paid plans list creating characters plus "Publish & share characters", so the hub grows with what members build rather than only with what the company decides to stock. For me, that is the strongest reason to look at Cuties AI at all.

Memory is the part I'd go into with open eyes. My notes from those three weeks don't cover it, and the record doesn't describe the base memory on Premium. Only Creative PRO names "advanced AI chat memory" as a feature.

Other reviewers report memory that copes with short sessions but struggles to carry emotional threads over time, and that chats escalate quickly rather than building slowly. If that's right, I'd treat Cuties AI as a place for lively evenings, not a slow-burn companion who carries a story across months.

Voice is a paid extra. Premium lists voice messages, while the subscription page as it stands today shows no calls, so don't count on phoning anyone. Other reviewers report that the voice still sounds like AI on longer replies. I can live with that on a bonus feature; I wouldn't pay for the plan because of it.

My view overall: good company in short bursts, with a catalog worth browsing. If you want to compare how other apps handle memory and voice, my full list of app reviews has each one written up on the same terms.

18+ readers only. Here we look at AI companion apps that include NSFW features; there are no explicit images.

Cuties AI content level, images and the coin surprise

Cuties AI puts adult content behind the paywall. Premium lists an "NSFW mode" among its features, and the policy on file makes adult content paid-only. Nothing on file says what a free account may see beyond chat and browsing, so I'd expect the free side to stay SFW until you upgrade.

I'm fine with that split, as long as it's printed on the plan page, and here it is.

Media is where the app wants your money. Premium and Creative PRO both list "Generate images & videos", and the site has separate pages for an image generator, a video generator and image-to-video. In 2024 that is exactly where I stopped.

The friction for me was the video tool. It wanted permissions and coins the chat side had never mentioned, and my twenty-seven-year-old trust, budgeted the way a woman on a public salary budgets, declined to extend credit. I never bought coins for it.

Today the subscription page talks about chips rather than coins: Premium includes 600 a month, Creative PRO 3,000, and there's a separate tab for buying more. What a single image or video costs in chips is not published. Other reviewers report the pictures are what keeps people hooked, but also that tokens drain fast once you add images, video and calls.

That matches the wall I walked into, and it's why I'd budget above the plan price if pictures are the point for you.

On comfort and inclusivity, the good news is that you build characters yourself on paid plans, so the catalog isn't only one idea of who the user is. How far looks or gender can be customised is not on file. If romance matters more to you than media, my AI girlfriend app rankings lean that way.

Who Cuties AI suits

Great for

  • People who enjoy browsing and publishing characters in a shared catalog
  • Anyone who wants images and video as much as chat
  • Readers happy to try a long free chat before paying anything
  • People who'd commit to a yearly plan for a lower monthly price

Skip if

  • Anyone who wants one account for chat and media
  • People who need published free limits before they sign up
  • Readers after a slow-building companion with deep memory
  • Anyone who wants to pay by something other than card

What Cuties AI costs next to the apps I'd compare it with

I spent $0 in 2024, so every price here is today's, not mine. Premium is $19.99 a month, $38.97 a quarter or $95.88 a year, so a year of Premium comes to $7.99 a month. Creative PRO sits in another league: $64.99 monthly, dropping to $29.99 a month if you take the yearly billing.

Next to other apps on file, the monthly Premium price is at the top of the usual range. OurDream AI's Standard Monthly is also $19.99, Nomi AI's Standard Plan Monthly is $15.99, GirlfriendGPT's Premium is $15, and Candy AI's 1-Month Plan is €13.99. On yearly terms, Candy AI's €3.99 a month still undercuts the $7.99 here.

My problem is the chips. Premium includes 600 a month and Creative PRO 3,000, but nobody publishes what an image, a video or a voice message costs. So the plan price is a floor, not a total, if media is why you came.

After my own brush with the video tool asking for coins, I'd want that number before paying, and it still isn't printed.

Which plan I'd start on

Premium monthly at $19.99, and only after the free chat has convinced you. My three free weeks were enough to know whether I liked the companion side, so there's no reason to pay before you've had yours.

The yearly Premium plan at $95.88 is the smart buy on paper, but I'd wait a month first. You need to see how fast 600 chips disappear before you lock in twelve months. The quarterly plan at $38.97 is a fair middle road at $12.99 a month.

I'd skip Creative PRO unless you publish a lot. It adds the Pro Creator badge, 3,000 chips, no-watermark downloads and advanced chat memory. At $64.99 a month, that's a big price for a memory upgrade nobody describes in detail. The table right after this lists every plan and its monthly equivalent.

Cuties AI option Billed Cost Works out per month
Premium monthly $19.99 $19.99
Premium quarterly $38.97 $12.99
Premium yearly $95.88 $7.99
Creative PRO monthly $64.99 $64.99
Creative PRO quarterly $149.97 $49.99
Creative PRO yearly $359.88 $29.99

The closest alternative I would suggest

The official Cuties AI link above is the direct way in. Before clicking it, here's how Cuties AI lines up against Candy AI, using only what each lists officially:

  • Monthly price: $19.99 for Premium here, €13.99 for Candy AI's 1-Month Plan
  • Yearly price: $7.99 a month here, €3.99 a month on Candy AI's 12-Month Plan
  • Credits: 600 chips a month on Premium, 100 tokens a month on Candy AI
  • Refund: here the current month counts as provided; Candy AI gives non-EU/UK users 24 hours to ask
  • Statement name: not on file here, EverAI on Candy AI

My take: Candy AI is cheaper and says more about billing, and that counts for a lot with me. The Candy AI free start is tiny, though, with its Help Centre saying a free user can send up to 5 messages, while Cuties AI gave me three weeks of free chat in 2024. Cuties AI also has the character hub where members publish and share what they make.

If you want a companion with voice calls at a low yearly price, read my Candy AI review first. If a big shared catalog is the draw, stay here and start free.

The good and bad of Cuties AI

What went well

  • A free chat that carried me through three weeks in 2024
  • A shared character hub where paid members publish their creations
  • Images, video and image-to-video in the same account family
  • Premium yearly works out at $7.99 a month
  • The adult mode is plainly listed on the Premium plan

What fell short

  • Media sits behind a separate Lovescape sign-in, which confused me
  • No published free-tier limits and no published chip costs
  • Only credit or debit card is listed for paying
  • A started month counts as provided and cannot be cancelled

How cancelling and refunds work

I never subscribed, so I never had to cancel. Here is what the terms say today. You cancel "through your account", but no click path is published. Cancelling is allowed whenever you like, and the plan keeps running until the term you already paid for is over. Leave it alone and each term rolls straight into the next one on its own.

The refund side is the part I'd read twice. Under the terms, a month you've begun counts as already provided and can't be cancelled, so it isn't refunded. Break the terms and get your account shut down, and nothing is refunded at all.

In every other case, refunds follow the rules of the sales agent or payment processing company, which means the answer depends on who took your card, not on one clear Cuties AI rule.

I find that unhelpful, and a little mean. One plain sentence about refunds would cost the company nothing. In practice it works like a strict no-refund rule, so plan around that.

Bank-statement discretion is an open question too. The name that appears on your statement isn't on file, and card is the only payment method listed. If a quiet statement matters to you, that's a real unknown before your first payment.

My advice: start monthly, note the renewal date with a few days' warning, and cancel in your account as soon as your mind is made up. Because a started month counts as provided anyway, cancelling early costs nothing extra. If you want to see how refund rules weigh in my scores, my page on how I check the apps sets out the criteria.

Where your Cuties AI chats and data go

The privacy policy is short on specifics. On retention, it only promises to hold personal data "for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for", including legal, accounting or reporting requirements. There's no fixed deletion window, just that phrase.

I don't love it. It's standard legal wording, but it gives you no number to hold the company to. Apps that name a number of days feel far more accountable to me.

The bigger gap is training. Nowhere does the policy tell you if your chats feed model training. That isn't a no; it's simply unanswered. If your roleplay gets personal, I'd keep real names, workplaces and other identifying details out of it until Cuties AI answers that plainly.

Publishing adds one more angle. Characters you create can be published and shared, which I love as a catalog fan, but know which of yours are public before you put anything personal into a character sheet.

Is it legit, and will it stick around?

The operator is Warmtech Ltd, registered in Cyprus, with published terms and a privacy policy, and the service is listed as active. That's a real, named company. The launch date isn't on file, so I can't speak to its track record, and the Lovescape connection is explained nowhere beyond the shared sign-in I ran into.

Entry is by self-declaration: a banner on the site asks you to confirm you're old enough, and nothing in the terms mentions checking an ID. That's common, and it's worth knowing.

On healthy use, my advice is simple: enjoy the characters and keep it as one part of your evenings, not all of them. If adult chat is your main reason to be here, my list of the best NSFW AI chat apps compares apps that allow it on more generous terms.

Final word on Cuties AI

Final score

5.5/10

Uneven

Cuties is one company with two doors; the chat is sweet and the media is real, but surprise coin prompts cost it my trust.

Used hands-on with the free plan

  • The companion on the two free models was sweet once I stopped fighting the setup.
  • Paid tiers advertise advanced memory; reviewers find it fine for short sessions, thin for deep continuity.
  • Paid plans let you create, publish and share characters.
  • Images, video and voice messages are all on the menu, and reviewers call images the highlight.
  • The video tool wanted coins the chat side never mentioned, and chip costs per action are not published.
  • Data is held for as long as its purposes require, and training goes unmentioned.
  • Image and video tools sat behind a separate Lovescape sign-in, which left me unsure which door I had entered.

Bars use a 0-10 scale. The overall score is a weighted average of these criteria, and every app uses identical weights. How we review the apps

My verdict: give it a free look when a shared character catalog is your thing, and skip it if you want one login, published limits or a quiet bank statement you can confirm in advance. I spent three weeks in March 2024 confused about which door I had entered, and the two-door setup is still the first thing I'd warn a friend about. The plan I'd buy is Premium monthly at $19.99, then yearly at $7.99 a month once you know how far 600 chips go.

What bothers me most is the fog: no free limits, no chip prices and a refund rule that points elsewhere. Skip it too if media is your whole reason for coming and you hate surprise costs.

Where I'd go instead of Cuties AI

Cuties AI suits someone who wants a shared character catalog and doesn't mind a second login for pictures. If that isn't you, here is where I'd look, based on each app's official facts:

  • A free plan you can measure: Nomi AI offers 50 messages a day, permanently, plus 2 images a day
  • More monthly credit for the same price: OurDream AI's Standard Monthly is also $19.99, with 1,000 dreamcoins and group chat
  • The cheapest yearly deal: Candy AI's 12-Month Plan comes to €3.99 a month and includes voice calls and custom companions
  • Memory sold in clear tiers: GirlfriendGPT lists 8K memory context on Deluxe and 16K on Elite

My pick for most people leaving Cuties AI is Nomi AI, simply because its free plan tells you exactly what you get before you pay. Its images are capped at 2 a day on the free plan, though, so for someone who came mainly for pictures and video, OurDream AI is the closer match.

If what you want is roleplay across a big range of characters, read my SpicyChat review before choosing. Whichever app you pick, read the refund terms before the first payment, since several of these are as strict as Cuties AI.

Instead of Cuties AI

The next three apps I would open, and the reason.

Those three cards are my picks to set beside Cuties AI. Each one prints more of its numbers upfront, a daily free allowance, a monthly coin count or a memory tier, and that clarity is what I missed most during my three weeks. None has quite the same shared hub for publishing characters, though.

So here's my one question: are you after browsing and sharing characters, or talking and seeing pictures? For the first, stay here and start free. For the second, pick one of these and give its free tier a few evenings before paying.

Cuties AI questions, answered

Is Cuties AI free?

Partly. Sign-up, browsing and chat have a free side, but Cuties AI doesn't publish its free-tier limits. In March 2024 I chatted on two free models for three weeks without paying, while images and video needed a Lovescape sign-in. Today, characters, images, video, voice messages and the adult mode are listed on paid plans.

How much does Cuties AI cost?

Premium is $19.99 a month, $38.97 a quarter or $95.88 a year, which works out at $7.99 a month. Creative PRO is $64.99 a month, $149.97 a quarter or $359.88 a year. Premium includes 600 chips a month and Creative PRO 3,000. I'd start with Premium monthly.

What are chips on Cuties AI?

Chips are the app's credits. Premium includes 600 a month, Creative PRO 3,000, and there's a separate tab to buy more. What an image, video or voice message costs in chips is not published. When I used it in 2024, the video tool asked for coins, and I didn't buy any.

What is the link between Cuties AI and Lovescape?

Lovescape appears as the platform name alongside Cuties AI. In 2024 the image and video tools needed a Lovescape sign-in while the chat did not, which left me unsure which site I was on. Once I treated it as one company with two doors, it made sense. Nothing on file explains the link further.

Can I get a refund from Cuties AI?

Unlikely. The terms treat the month in progress as already delivered, so it can't be cancelled, and an account closed for breaking the rules gets no refund. Otherwise, refunds follow the rules of the sales agent or payment processor. You can cancel at any time through your account, and access runs to the end of the paid term.

Does Cuties AI have a phone app?

Not on file. Cuties AI is listed as a web app only, so you use it in a browser. Payment is by credit or debit card, which is the only payment method listed, and the statement name is not on file.
