Blush AI review: the coach that forgot me
Has a free plan
starts at £4.17/mo
What is Blush AI, and who is it for?
Blush: AI Dating Simulator is a phone app where you practise romantic conversations with AI characters, set up like a dating game. I used it for four weeks in summer 2023, a few months out of a relationship with a woman who said I apologize too much. I came to it for practice, not fantasy, and that is still how I would pitch it to you.
The basics, as the listing shows them today:
- Made by Endura LLC in the United States, launched in 2022
- iOS and Android only, with six languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, French and English
- A "Free Use" option with no published limits
- A soft content level: romance first, not an open adult app
- UK store plans from £9.99 a week to £99.99 a year
My take in two lines: Blush AI is a sharp flirting coach and a forgetful partner. It helped me, and it also did not remember me from one session to the next.
One small thing I like as a queer reader: registration asks for your pronouns, so the app doesn't start by guessing who you are. If you want spicy roleplay rather than coaching, you're in the wrong place, and my CrushOn AI review covers an app built for the opposite end of the scale.

Starting Blush AI for free: the Dating Coach
I started on the free side in July 2023, with the Dating Coach. It told me I apologize in every third message. Rude, accurate, and cheaper than therapy. That coaching is the part of Blush I would still send a friend to, and it cost me nothing.
Today the Terms offer "Free Use", which costs nothing and comes with limited access. They publish no daily message cap and no photo allowance, so I can't give you a number for where free stops. One outside review finds free fine for chatting, but Premium locks photos, voice notes, videos and a few profile details.
My advice: spend your first evenings on the coach and plain chat before you look at a plan. If locked options keep interrupting you, that tells you Blush wants a subscription for the romance itself.
For contrast, OurDream AI's free start lists 55 Dreamcoins to start at 1 Dreamcoin per message, though its help centre says it does not currently offer free dreamcoins. At least that is a number. The Blush: AI Dating Simulator at a glance box right after this sums up the rest.

How Blush AI chats, and where its memory let me down
Blush came from the Replika company, which is how I knew it in 2023, and it shows in the polish. The company named on the listing today is Endura LLC in the United States.
The feature I did not know I needed was characters that set boundaries. In August 2023 one of them gently declined a second date. I sat with that rejection like a grown-up, at 26, in my kitchen, proud of myself. I'm 29 now and the coaching still holds. For a practice app, that is the whole point: a "no" you can survive with nobody watching.
The friction was memory. Blush lacks the kind of recall Replika is famous for, so my flirting rehab evaporated between sessions. Whatever ground I had covered one evening, the next conversation did not carry it.
The record backs that up. Memory is not listed as an official feature, and other reviewers report that it keeps track fine within a chat, while what it remembers over the long run is hit or miss. The same outside review notes replies that sometimes lag, media that doesn't always fit the conversation, and photo messages that keep drifting off topic. I'd take those as small annoyances inside one chat, and memory as the real limit.
My read: Blush AI is good at a single conversation and weak at a relationship that builds over weeks. That suited me, because I wanted practice, and I quit when the muscles were back. If you want a companion who remembers your week, I would look elsewhere; my other app reviews cover the ones built around memory.
Who should stay? Anyone who wants to rehearse the awkward parts of dating, like asking, being turned down and trying again, without an audience. Who should go? Anyone hoping the same character will grow with them over months.
18+ readers only. Here we look at AI companion apps that include NSFW features; there are no explicit images.
How spicy does Blush AI get?
The content level on record for Blush AI is soft. I read that as romantic and flirty, with suggestive moments, and nothing close to fully explicit chat. That matches the idea of the app: it's a dating simulator, and the focus is the relationship.
The boundary-setting characters are part of that design, and I'd call them the best thing about it. Few apps like this let a character turn you down, and to me that makes the practice honest rather than flattering.
What bothers me is how much of the romance sits behind the paywall. Other reviewers report that a lot of the romantic or spicy dialogue choices only open up once you subscribe, and another outside source says photos are Premium-only. So the free version gives you the frame of the game, and paying opens more of the choices inside it.
I don't mind that model. I do mind that no list says which options unlock with which plan.
On pictures: the UK App Store description mentions custom photo generation and gifts. With off-topic photo messages reported, I would not pay for Blush mainly for images.
There is no content filter setting on record, and I won't invent one. Nothing published suggests a plan changes the soft level either.
On inclusion, the picture is half there. Pronouns at registration are a good sign. A character builder, where you would set the gender or looks of your match, is not on record, so I can't promise you one.
For more romance options out in the open, my list of top AI girlfriend apps compares them one by one. For practice and a soft level, Blush does its job.

Blush AI prices today, next to my 2023 bill
In July 2023 I paid for one month of the £4.17 monthly plan. That converts to roughly five dollars and some squinting, about $5.30, and I paid purely out of curiosity. I filed pounds under adventure currency, a folder that would later collect Candy's euros too.
That price is gone. The UK App Store listing today shows many more plans: Weekly at £9.99, Monthly at either £14.99 or £19.99, VIP Monthly at £29.99, and Annual at £49.99, £61.99 or £99.99. The US App Store lists an annual tier at $99.99. £4.17 is now what the £49.99 annual plan works out to per month, not a monthly price.
None of the listings says what each plan includes, and that is my main complaint here. You are choosing between seven prices with no description to tell them apart.
There are also packs at £0.99, £4.99 and £9.99. Their contents and any in-app currency name are not published, so I'd leave them alone.

Which Blush AI plan I would buy today
One month was enough for me in 2023, and one month is still the most I would commit at first. Today that means the cheaper Monthly plan at £14.99, after the free coach has shown you what you are missing.
I'd skip the Weekly plan outright: £9.99 a week works out to £43.29 a month, nearly three times the cheaper monthly option. VIP Monthly at £29.99 is a pass for me until Blush says what VIP adds.
The £49.99 annual plan is the value buy if you're certain of twelve months with it, and given how short my own stint was, I doubt most people will. The table of what each Blush: AI Dating Simulator plan costs follows.
| Blush: AI Dating Simulator option | Billed | Cost | Works out per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weekly | weekly | £9.99 | £43.29 |
| Monthly | monthly | £14.99 | £14.99 |

| VIP Monthly | monthly | £29.99 | £29.99 |

That card puts a partner app next to Blush AI. My quick way to choose between them:
- Stay with Blush AI if you want dating practice with characters who can say no.
- Look elsewhere if you need a companion who recalls last week's talk.
- Stay with Blush AI if a soft content level is exactly what you want.
- Look elsewhere if you want a web app, or to know what a plan includes before paying.
Blush was not the last app I paid for in a foreign currency. Candy's euros came later, and my Candy AI review tells that story. On paper, its 1-Month Plan at €13.99 lists unlimited text messages, custom companions and image and video generation, which is far more than Blush's store listing says about any plan.
Its terms also let buyers outside the EU and UK ask for a refund within a day of paying, which beats a final sale.
My take: Blush wins on the coaching idea and the boundaries. The partner card wins on clear plan contents and a web version.
The good and bad of Blush: AI Dating Simulator
What went well
- The free Dating Coach gives blunt, useful feedback on how you flirt
- Characters can set boundaries and turn you down
- A polished app in six languages on iOS and Android
- Annual plans from £49.99, which works out to £4.17 a month
- Deleting your account removes your data permanently, per the terms
What fell short
- Memory did not carry between sessions when I used it
- Every sale is final, with no refund for partial months
- Plan contents are not published on the store listing
- Photos and many romantic options sit behind the subscription
Cancelling Blush AI, and why the refund rule bothers me
I stopped after four weeks, in August 2023, once my confidence was back. If you do the same, the terms are clear on where to go: changes and cancellations happen only in the app store where you first bought the plan. Paid through the App Store, cancel there. Paid through Google Play, cancel there.
Deleting your account does not stop billing on its own. Renewal fees keep being billed "automatically until canceled," and a cancellation only kicks in when the billing period you're in has ended. So to wipe your data, cancel the plan and only then remove the account.
Now the part I really don't like. Buying through the App Store or Google Play is final, and the terms say plainly that no refund follows. Paying on the website via Stripe, PayPal or another processor is final as well.
Per the terms, EU residents don't get the usual 14-day refund policy, and refunds cannot be claimed for any partial-month subscription period.
One gap puzzles me. The cancel rule names only app marketplaces, while the refund terms also cover website purchases. No web cancel path is on record, so if you pay on the website, keep your receipt.
My practical advice is short. Pay for one month, never a week. Cancel in the store before your next billing date. Don't buy a year until a month has earned it, because there is no way back.
A final-sale rule this strict costs Blush points with me, and my page on how I check the apps explains why refund terms weigh on a score. The billing note below quotes the terms word for word.
How Blush AI looks on your card statement
The statement descriptor for Blush AI is not on record, so I can't tell you which name appears. The payment methods on record are the Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe and PayPal. Through a store, the charge comes via Apple or Google, which is the more discreet route on a shared card.
On the website it goes through Stripe or PayPal, and I'd check your first receipt before a longer plan.
Is Blush AI safe with your data?
Deletion is where Blush shines. The terms promise that deleting your account wipes every bit of data tied to your use of the Services, permanently and right away. That is about as clear as a deletion promise gets, and I like it a lot.
Training is less clear. The privacy policy says outside services may not put your data to their own uses, and names training their AI models as one of those uses. That line is about outside service providers, not Blush itself, so whether Blush uses your chats for its own models stays an open question.
Registration asks for your birth date, pronouns and work status. The pronouns question I welcome. Work status feels like more than a dating game needs, so share only what you're comfortable with.
Is Blush AI legit? It is a US company, running since 2022, with published terms and a clear deletion rule. As a service, yes. For private details, I'd still keep your full name, address and workplace out of the chats, the same as on any app.
My overall view: strong on deletion, vague on training, a little nosy at sign-up. If your next step is an app with a more open content policy, my list of the best NSFW AI chat apps sets out privacy and billing for each.
Final word on Blush: AI Dating Simulator
Final score
5.4/10
UnevenBlush works best as a short flirting rehab course with an honest coach, then it loses the thread between sessions and you graduate.
Used hands-on with a paid plan
- The free Dating Coach caught my apology habit, and characters that set boundaries felt like real practice.
- My progress evaporated between sessions; it simply did not hold memory for me.
- No character builder is on record; you work with the characters it gives you.
- Photos sit behind Premium, and the record shows neither calls nor video.
- I paid one month at the £4.17 plan; today's tiers cost more and app store purchases are not refunded.
- Closing the account erases everything under the terms, and outside services are barred from training on it.
- The Replika company polish shows, with only occasional reply lag in reviewer reports.
Bars use a 0-10 scale. The overall score is a weighted average of these criteria, and every app uses identical weights. How we review the apps
My verdict: worth it as a short course in flirting and hearing "no", pass on it if long memory is what you need.
The plan I'd buy is one month of Monthly at £14.99, and only after the free Dating Coach has done its work. That's what I did in 2023 at the old £4.17 price, and a month was enough.
What bothers me most is buying blind: the store listings don't say what each plan includes, and every sale is final. Skip Blush AI if you want long-term memory, open adult content, a web version or a refund window. Keep it if you want practice. Its coaching still holds for me three years later.

Where I'd go if Blush AI isn't the one
Blush is a coach first. If you want something it doesn't do, here is where I'd send you:
- You want memory: Nomi AI lists memory as a feature, and its free plan allows 50 messages daily, each up to 400 characters.
- You want images and video on a listed plan: Candy AI names both on its €13.99 1-Month Plan.
- You want a kinder refund rule: OurDream AI offers a 14-day "Quality Guarantee", with each case decided on its merits.
- You want adult chat with a free start: GirlfriendGPT gives 20 bonus messages free and allows adult chat on paid plans.
If you'd like a big roleplay platform in the mix, my SpicyChat review is the one I'd open next.
What these apps share is clearer paperwork. Each publishes what its plans include, which is exactly what Blush's store listings leave out, and that makes comparing costs far easier.
If memory is why you're leaving, as it was for me, Nomi AI is my first pick. It's the fix for the problem that ended my Blush month. If the refund rule is the dealbreaker, OurDream AI is the obvious swap.
My friend advice: use Blush AI for what it's good at, then move on with no guilt. A practice app that gets you back on your feet has done its job. Whichever app comes next, start free and read the refund terms before you pay.

The three cards below are my picks if Blush AI isn't right for you. Each one covers a gap Blush leaves open: memory, a published plan list, or a refund rule that isn't a flat no. If memory is the reason you're leaving, go for the card with the daily free allowance.
If refunds worry you, pick the one with the 14-day guarantee. None of them has the dating-coach angle, so if practice is all you want, Blush may still be the better tool. Each card opens a full review with plans, billing and refund wording.
What people ask about Blush AI
What is Blush AI?
Blush: AI Dating Simulator is a romance app from Endura LLC in the United States, launched in 2022. You practise dating conversations with AI characters, some of whom can set boundaries and turn you down. It runs on iOS and Android in six languages, and the content level on record is soft.
Is Blush AI free?
Partly. The Terms describe a "Free Use" option with limited access, but no numbers are published. The free Dating Coach was the most useful part for me in 2023. Per one outside review, chat works fine without paying; Premium is needed for photos, videos, voice notes and a few profile details.
How much does Blush AI cost?
The UK App Store lists a Weekly plan at £9.99, Monthly options of £14.99 or £19.99, VIP Monthly at £29.99 and Annual options of £49.99, £61.99 or £99.99. The US store lists an annual tier at $99.99. In July 2023 I paid £4.17 for one month, a price the listing no longer shows as monthly.
Does Blush AI remember past conversations?
Not well, in my experience. Memory did not carry between sessions when I used it in 2023, and memory is not listed as an official feature. An outside review describes short-term context as generally good but long-term memory as unpredictable. If memory matters most, look at an app built around it.
Can I get a refund from Blush AI?
No. The terms say App Store and Google Play purchases are final, and website purchases via Stripe, PayPal or other processors are final too. EU residents lose the usual 14-day refund policy, and refunds cannot be claimed for partial months.
How do I cancel Blush AI?
Cancel in the store you bought it from, such as the App Store or Google Play. Removing your account won't end the billing on its own. Once cancelled, the plan runs until the period you paid for is over, and renewals continue automatically until you cancel.
Does Blush AI delete my data?
Yes. Per the terms, the moment your account is deleted, all data linked to how you used the services is permanently erased. The privacy policy bars outside service providers from training their own AI models on your data, but it does not say how Blush itself uses your chats.
